The Palliative Hub - Children and Young People Collaborators

The Children’s Palliative Hub would not have been possible without the expert input of a number of organisations and individuals. These experts and volunteers included professionals who work directly in the children’s palliative care sector, funders of children’s palliative care and parents who gave their experience of having a child with a palliative care need.
